SILENCE IN THE CITY - SYDNEY

JO HAYES is delighted to host a silent retreat, for women, on the eve of Pentecost.

In collaboration with the Tyburn nuns of Sydney (the Benedictine Adorers of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Montmartre).

'SILENCE IN THE CITY - SYDNEY' will focus on the what/why/how of Sacred Silence - the secret place of intimate union with God.

The retreat will include Adoration, Liturgy of the Hours & Lectio Divina.

'Come away by yourself (in solitude and silence), and rest awhile' - Jesus (Mark 6:31).

The Sacred Scriptures exhort all members of the Christian faithful to regularly take time away from the hustle, bustle and noise, to enter into the secret place of Sacred Silence with God.

9am - 5pm (following Vespers)

Lunch, morning & afternoon tea provided
